We know that delivery delays are possible due to increased shipping activity. Please refer to the shipping guidelines below before placing your order to ensure you receive your confections at your desired time.
- We do not ship same day.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- We cannot ship internationally.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
- You will receive an e-mail notification when tracking information is generated for your order.
- There may be a delay between the time in which you receive your tracking information and when your order actually leaves our facility.
- Your tracking information will update once your order has been picked up and scanned by UPS.

SHIPPING SERVICES & RATES
We ship our chocolate exclusively via UPS. To track the status of your shipped order, we suggest using visiting UPS.
During the warm weather months, not all delivery options are always available. Based on shipping address zip code entered in checkout, your options will be automatically populated per UPS’s requirements.

Do you Guarantee Delivery Dates and Times?
UPS may experience delivery delays due to weather and other factors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order is out for delivery.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes your UPS tracking number. Please refer to this.
Warm Weather Shipping
To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders shipping to destinations with warm weather or longer transit times, we highly recommend overnight shipping. Ground shipping availability varies throughout the year based on the temperatures and time in transit. All shipping boxes will include complimentary cooling materials where needed. Our ice gel packs are non-toxic and reusable.
HELPFUL SHIPPING TIPS
- Please double-check your order's shipping address before submitting your order. Chocoluxe cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses (i.e. PO boxes) provided by the customer.
- We realize that you may want to send a gift as a surprise. However, in order to prevent delays, we recommend you notify the recipient of the shipment prior to arrival. Also, we encourage you to include a gift note at checkout (for no additional fee) so that your recipient knows to thank you.
- Shipping is applied to the pre-discounted total when using a promotion code.
- If you notice an error on your order, please notify us as soon as possible at info@chocoluxeco.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fix the error before your order is shipped.
